Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this website and the services offered, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, we ask that you discontinue using the services and the website. 1. Services Offered

Luxury executive transportation services include armored vehicles and drivers trained in tactical driving and anti-kidnapping. The conditions of each service, such as times, pick-up location and prices, will be detailed at the time of contracting.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Reservations: Reservations must be made via the website, email or telephone at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial or full charge of the reservation amount.

  • Changes: Any modification to the reservation must be requested in advance to ensure that the new conditions can be met.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods indicated at the time of booking. The service will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, in accordance with the conditions previously agreed.

4. Safety and Responsibilities

  • Security: Armored vehicles and highly trained drivers are used to ensure the safety of passengers. Customers must follow the drivers' instructions in cases of emergency or security needs.

  • Limitation of Liability: There is no liability for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic or emergencies. Maximum liability in any circumstances will be limited to the amount paid by the customer.

  • Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after the service is completed. It is recommended that customers check their belongings before disembarking.

5. Customer Conduct

  • Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner while using the services. The right to interrupt the service may be exercised in cases of inappropriate, offensive behavior or behavior that endangers the safety of the driver or third parties.

6. Changes and Modifications to Services

  • Services may be changed, suspended or terminated at any time as necessary. In the event of modification of previously booked services, the customer will be notified to seek alternatives or receive a full refund, if applicable.

7. Use of the Site

  • All content on the website, including text, images and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior authorization. Improper use of the content may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The processing of personal data strictly follows the LGPD guidelines. Personal information is collected, stored and used only for the provision of the requested services and for communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data processing.

9. Applicable Legislation

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. In the event of a dispute or litigation related to the use of the services, the competent court will be the district of São Paulo, SP, to the exclusion of any other.
